Through this Policy, Rugby AU aims to ensure that everyone involved in Rugby is aware of their legal and ethical rights and responsibilities. This Policy also provides the procedures that support Rugby AU’s commitment to eliminating discrimination, harassment, child abuse and other forms of inappropriate behaviour from rugby. Rugby AU is committed to providing an environment safe for children, which is free from harassment and abuse for everyone, and promotes respectful and positive behaviour and values. This Policy, along with Rugby AU’s Code of Conduct, form the basis of appropriate and ethical conduct which everyone involved in rugby must abide by.
