💪 Who: Grade 10–12 students preparing for their 1st XV or Club season
📅 When: Mondays, Week 3 (Feb 10) to Week 8 (Mar 17)
⏰ Time: 4:30 PM – 5:45 PM
📚 What’s Included:

40 min PSS
20 min Micro Group Training
15 min Fitness
